Installation of 500 Smart Electricity Meters for DESCO Pilot Zone

The Dhaka Electric Supply Company Ltd (DESCO), under the Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the package titled “Installation of 500 Smart Electricity Meters for DESCO Pilot Zone”.

The procuring entity intends to apply funds from Government of Bangladesh (GoB) — Revenue Budget towards payments under the contract. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedure as specified in the Public Procurement Rules, 2008 (PPR 2008) and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the DESCO Procurement Cell during office hours (09:00–17:00, Sunday to Thursday). A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ৳800.
